SEARCH PROCESS

1.     Identify what Client Company is looking for by taking a Needs Analysis Profile.

2.     Establish agreed upon hiring process including interview dates and times, locations, and who interviews.

3.     Identify Client Company’s previous experience with recruiters. Gauge the level of open communication with recruiter – Is it likely to be a mutually beneficial partnership?

4.     Identify what Client has to offer to get a top producer from a competitor to first interview with me (the recruiter) and then to interview and come to work for the Client Company.

5.     Build a search plan of 50 to 350 companies that the Client wants to recruit from and get authorization from Client to move forward.

6.     Build a marketing presentation to present the opportunity to qualified individuals, so they will respond favorably, and they will be getting the right message about the Client Company.

7.     Begin Searching - 80 to 220 calls per day into target companies on search plan.

8.     Interview - Qualify around their abilities, timing, desire to pursue opportunity, and compensation. Present opportunity to candidate if qualified.

9.     Reference Check 3 to 5 references

10.   Fill pre-set interview times and dates with qualified candidates

11.   Prep Candidate and Client

12.   Follow up and Next steps and/or continue searching

13.   Stay in contact with new hire and employer to help provide a smooth transition

14.   Ask for referrals if you are happy with the Job we have done.
